The U.S. military transferred security control of Iraq's Anbar province to the Iraqi government in a ceremony today. Anbar province was once the center of the Sunni insurgency against the Americans after Saddam Hussein was toppled in 2003. Anchor Lisa Mullins interviews BBC's Mike Sergeant from Anbar.
