Kirk Siegler of KUNC-FM in Colorado interviews Samuel Siringi, a Kenyan journalist about covering the Democratic National Convention for the first time.Siringi is a 31-year-old reporter for the Nation Media Group in Kenya . He's filing stories for his paper back home as well as for the Kansas City Star, where he spent the past six months on an Alfred Friendly Press Fellowship.
