John McCain says "we are all Georgians now." The fighting between Russia and Georgia harkens back to McCain's proposal to create a "league of democracies." But as The World's Matthew Bell reports, it's not clear what he means by that.

While President Bush once said he gazed into Putin's eyes and got a sense of the man's soul, McCain likes to say that he looked into those same eyes, and all he saw was a K, a G, and a B. Who ever becomes the next American President will inherit the legacy of a tense relationship with Russia.
