President Bush is in Ghana today. The African nation is one of the recipients of the president's emergency aid for HIV/AIDS. That includes funding for HIV prevention messages that stress abstinence over safer sex. Darrell Harvey checks in one abstinence program in the capital, Accra.

The Cuban security service claims there have been more than 600 attempts on the life of Fidel Castro. A British documentary chronicled some of the attempts. Anchor Marco Werman speaks with Dollan Cannell, director of the film, "638 Ways to Kill Castro."'

Now that its official Fidel Castro is stepping down, Spain is looking forward to helping Cuba move out of its economic and social isolation. Spain has maintained better relations with Havana than any other European country and Spain hopes that will now pay off. The World's Gerry Hadden has more.
