The World's Alex Gallafent returns to Istanbul, Turkey, to report on a massive public works project in the city. It's an effort to dig a tunnel that will connect Istanbul's European and Asian sides. As the tunnel is dug, Istanbul's history starts to emerge, sometimes slowing the project down.
