Israel says the measures are key to protect civilians from Palestinian terrorist attacks. But one side effect of the measures is to stifle Palestinian's ability to move people and goods across borders.

Iran said today that it will continue to enrich uranium as part of its nuclear power program. This despite new shipments of enriched uranium that began arriving from Russia today and continued threats of international sanctions. Saudi Arabia's King Abdullah today pardoned a Saudi woman who was sentenced to six months in jail and 200 lashes after being gang raped. Her crime was being alone with a man she wasn't related to. Anchor Lisa Mullins gets more on the story from women's rights advocate Hatoon al Fassi.
