President Bush was unable to pass his immigration reform bill this summer, but he's still cracking down on illegal immigration. Polish author Kristian Bala wrote a best-selling novel that described the real-life murder of a Polish ad executive in 2000. Authorities say only the murderer could have known the details of the crime described in the book. So now Bala is charged in the case.
