For today's Geo Quiz we were looking for the Dutch port city that's celebrating some of its unique architecture this summer with a multi-media tour called "Sites and Stories." The answer is the city of Rotterdam.

The World's Alex Gallafent reports on a culinary approach to meat from Britain. It's sometimes called "nose-to-tail," and it's meant to be an ethical way to consume meat. The idea is not to waste any edible part of an animal. For instance, when London chef Fergus Henderson looks at a pig, he sees more than pork chops.
