American consumers are concerned about the growing list of Chinese products found to contain dangerous chemicals. The World's Gerry Hadden reports on a symbolic expedition today to plant a Russian flag on the ocean floor at the North Pole. Russia wants to advance its claims to much of the polar region, which is thought to be rich in oil deposits.
