Rene Gutel reports from Arizona on a new political ad airing around the country. It's called "Where's the Fence?" It's about border fence construction approved by Congress, but not yet completed. The main targets of the ad, though, are lawmakers, like Senator John McCain of Arizona, who support an immigration reform plan currently being debated on Capitol Hill.

Anchor Lisa Mullins speaks with Jean MacKenzie, Afghanistan director for the Institute for War and Peace Reporting, about the murder of Afghan journalist, Zakia Zaki. The mother of six was gunned down in her home this week. Zaki was the second female journalist killed in Afghanistan in less than a week. A newsreader for a Kabul TV station was also shot dead at her home.

The World's Katy Clark reports on the case of 39 terror suspects who went missing after being in CIA custody. These so-called "ghost detainees" were being held in undisclosed locations around the world as part of a US program revealed nearly a year ago. Human rights groups are calling for the US to end the program and explain what happened to them.

Anchor Lisa Mullins speaks with journalist Paul Berman about how conservative Islam is defined and perceived in the West. Berman wrote an essay for The New Republic magazine recently on Islamic scholar Tariq Ramadan.

We hear from a group of young people from around the world who've gathered in Germany for their own G8 Summit. They're discussing the same issues as G8 leaders, and trying to come up with their own solutions.

Reporter Matthew Brunwasser reports from Poland, where the US plans to base part of its European missile defense system. Plans for the system have angered Russia and raised tensions between President Bush and Russia's Vladimir Putin.
