Anchor Lisa Mullins speaks with BBC Arab Affairs analyst Magdi Abdelhadi about Syria's reaction to the United Nations decision to set up a tribunal for the murder of Lebanese ex-premier Rafiq Hariri. Syria says it will refuse to cooperate with a tribunal, but denies any connection to Hariri's assassination. A U-N report implicated some senior Syrian officials.

One of their strategies in China involves the use of playing cards. Decks of cards carrying information about HIV and tuberculosis will be distributed among Chinese migrant workers.
