Today fighting resumed in Lebanon. Government troops fired artillery shells into the Nahr el bared refugee camp in an effort to dislodge Islamic militants hiding there. The Red Cross is helping civilian casualties as anchor Marco Werman learns from Jorge Raich, head of the International Committee of the Red Cross delegation in Lebanon.

Anchor Lisa Mullins speaks to Canadian General Romeo Dallaire. He was in charge of the U-N peacekeeping operation in Rwanda at the time of the 1994 genocide. Now Dallaire sees similarities between the situation he experienced in Rwanda and the humanitarian crisis in Sudan's Darfur region.
