British prosecutors are seeking to extradite a former Russian agent. They want to charge Andrei Lugovoy with the murder of Alexander Litvinenko. Litvinenko was himself a former Russian spy. He died from radiation poisoning in London last year. The BBC's Richard Galpin has reaction from Moscow.
