The BBC's Heba Saleh reports from Cairo on today's referendum vote in Egypt. Voters are being asked to approve amendments to Egypt's constitution. President Hosni Mubarak says the changes will bring about democratic reform. Opposition leaders say it's just an effort by Mubarak's ruling party to increase its power.

The World's Aaron Schachter reports from Kabul on efforts to improve Afghanistan's legal system. Experts say it's one part of the country's infrastructure that is functional. But there's concern that a recent amnesty granted to the country's warlords will decrease Afghans' trust in the system.
