The European Union could soon have stricter limits on carbon dioxide emissions from new cars. New E-U rules on emissions were announced today. The World's Gerry Hadden reports that police in Austria say they've broken up a global Internet child pornography ring. Investigators have tracked more than two thousand users in 77 countries after they tried to download illicit videos. 600 of the suspects are in the United States.
