President Bush hopes Congress will normalize trade relations with Vietnam this week as he prepares to attend this year's Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperative summit in Hanoi on Friday. Anchor Marco Werman talks with the BBC's Bill Hayton in Hanoi about the myriad of ways the Vietnamese are preparing for the summit.

Oaxaca Mexico unrest report (5:20)

The World's Franc Contreras reports on concerns that civil unrest could spread in Mexico. Violent protests in the southern city of Oaxaca have been followed by bomb explosions in Mexico City this week. A coalition of leftists groups claimed responsibility for the explosions and charged Mexico's government of failing to address basic problems like corruption and poverty.
