The World's Rob Hugh-Jones reports on American basketball player Chris Owens, who's been signed by Germany's premier basketball team. He's not the first Owens to make a mark in Berlin. Owens' great-uncle was Jessie Owens, the Olympic Gold-medal winner who upstaged Adolph Hitler at the 1936 Berlin Olympics.
