A day after the United States, Europe, Russia and China offered Iran a package of incentives to freeze its nuclear program, Iran's president was quoted saying that his country won't give up its right to nuclear technology. Also today, US Director of National Intelligence John Negroponte told the BBC that Iran could develop a nuclear weapon by the start of the next decade.
