We're traveling by llama for today's Geo Quiz. Or as Spanish-speakers would say: "yama." First a quick fact to help us: A llama can travel one and a half miles per hour, on average. This assumes the poor llama is carrying a heavy load.

At that rate, it would take 1,500 hours to travel the distance between the two places we're looking for in our Quiz. They're some 2,000 miles apart. Both places start with the letter 'B.'Again, one is a New York City borough.

That's easy, right?

The other city is the capital of a South American country. That country is a key ally of the United States - the closest ally in a region, in fact.
