A tale of two capitals for today's Geo Quiz:
Follow the Andes and you'll eventually find your way to Bolivia. The South American country has two capitals, La Paz is its administrative capital. But we're looking for its constitutional capital, the seat of Bolivia's Supreme Court.
This city is "up there." It lies at an altitude of 92 hundred feet. The city's colonial whitewashed buildings give it a nickname, "la ciudad blanca" or "the white city." But we want to know the real name of this southern Bolivian city where Spanish and Quechua are spoken.
