There's a charity in Spain called "Clowns Without Borders."
Their mission is to bring comic relief to places of great misery.
The refugee camps in and around Goma -- in the eastern part of the Democratic Republic of Congo -- certainly qualify.

The Spanish clowns are there to entertain some of the refugee children.
Their tour in Congo is being coordinated by the UN refugee agency, UNHCR. Francesca Fontanini is a spokesperson for the agency.
