Pakistan's victims of war

The United Nations says that more than half a million Pakistanis have fled their homes because of fighting between government forces and Islamic militants. Most of the fighting is focused on the tribal areas along Pakistan's border with Afghanistan where Taliban and al Qaeda militants have taken refuge. BBC World Service correspondent Jill McGivering has visited a camp in north-west Pakistan which caters for tens of thousands of internally displaced people.
