In 1967 Albania became the worlds first officially atheist country. Religion in all its forms was outlawed, with severe penalties for anyone caught worshipping, even in private. That ban ended when communism fell. Now, religion is making a comeback. Correspondent David Chanatry has our report.

Le Clézio wins Nobel

French novelist Jean-Marie Gustave Le Clézio has been awarded this year's Nobel Prize for Literature. The Swedish Academy describes him as "an author of new departures, poetic adventure and sensual ecstasy."
