McCain in Colombia

John McCain's latest foreign visit is of course most of all for domestic consumption. He's described by his campaign as the grownup who knows his way around the globe. And Colombia has strong ties with the United States. It's the fifth largest recipient of US military aid. And the agenda of its president, Alvaro Uribe, is very much in line with John McCain's.
