U.S. opposes cluster bomb treaty (3:45)

More than 100 countries have signed an agreement to ban cluster bombs -- weapons that explode into tiny bomblets and have been blamed for many civilian deaths long after the bombs were used. The U.S. hasn't signed on to the treaty. The World's Jason Margolis reports.
