Report on Israeli Lebanon war due out (4:30)

The World's Quil Lawrence reports that a commission appointed to investigate Israel's 2006 war with Lebanon is due to release its report tomorrow. The Winograd Commission's report is expected to contain harsh criticism of Israeli Prime Minister Ehud Olmert's decision-making during the 34-day war.
