Her sources tell her that President Sarkozy and model Carla Bruni are indeed planning to come to Italy for their honeymoon.

Colapisca checked out the rumor with the manager of the country hotel where the famous couple had been expected to arrive.

“It is called La Magioca, it is a country home, the owner of the Magioca, Mrs. confirmed that she had received a telephone call from a friend of Carla Bruni for a brief stay in the country hotel, but now there are too many journalists, too many photographers around the hotel that maybe Mr. President Sarkozy and Carla Bruni don't come to Verona.

Colapisca worries the crowd that's gathered may be a turn off for the honeymooners.

But if they DO still come, Verona is a good choice.
