French President Nicholas Sarkozy hinted today he may tie the knot with ex-supermodel Carla Bruni. But many French rappers aren't sending best wishes. They're not especially fond of Sarkozy.

That's because he launched a crackdown against them in 2003 when he was Interior Minister. He even initiated legal action against some rappers. He accused them of using racist and anti-Semitic language. Many hip hop artists haven't forgotten or forgiven.

That includes the Parisian rapper "Poison."

One of his recent songs contains the lyrics, "Anti-Sarko, anti-right, Nicolas can't you hear. We're anti-you." Well, there's a new twist to this story. It turns out President Sarkozy's son Pierre is a hip-hop producer.

He's 23-years-old. And he goes by the name DJ Mosey. And lately, he's been working with the Parisian rapper... you guessed it... Poison. Poison told a French radio station he didn't realize when they started the project who DJ Mosey's father was.

POISON: " When I found out, I blew a fuse and phoned him. He said, 'yeah, but Poison, I didn't want to tell you because you wouldn't want to hang out with me anymore.' I told him, Hey no problem. You've never done me wrong. We'll just do good stuff."

DJ Mosey produced a track called La Rue. The song will be on Poison's new CD. No word yet if the song or the album contains any anti-Sarkozy sentiments. The album doesn't come out until April. But Poison's management did send us this song.

It's called Mec de Tess or "guy from the hood."

Just the kind of guy that President Sarkozy was targeting when he started his anti hip-hop crusade.
