The World's Jason Margolis reports on what could be in store for Bangkok in the not so distant future. Thailand's capital is built on swampland, and it's sinking. It also lies next to where a major river meets the ocean. Climate experts worry the city could be completely flooded by the expected rise in global sea levels.
