Caring for South Africa’s aids orphans (5:30)

South Africa has more than one million AIDS orphans. The country's policy now is to move them out of institutional care and into foster homes. But some child advocates say there aren't enough quality foster homes to care for these children, many of whom are infected with HIV. Reporter Rhoda Metcalfe has the story from Cape Town.
