Malcolm has been the IT Consultant for The World since the summer of 2003, managing all computer systems and applications in the newsroom and studio. As the only dedicated technical support person within the team life can get pretty hectic when everyone has computer problems at the same time!
Malcolm moved to Boston from London, with his family, having previously spent 10 years in the BBC's Broadcast Operations team at the World Service. He says "I had been to Boston twice before but having the opportunity to live and work here was a dream come true. It has been an amazing experience for the whole family".
In his spare time he is a part-time soccer coach and full-time parent to his 3 sons and newborn baby daughter.
