But in many developing countries, there's not much infrastructure to support people in wheelchairs.

So those who depend on wheelchairs cope and adapt as creatively as they can.

The country we wanted you to name for today's Geo Quiz offers a good example of this sort of creativity at work.

That country is Nicaragua and reporter Jori Lewis was there recently.
