An International Astronautical Congress is going on in a city in southern India. 2000 space experts from 45 countries have gathered to discuss such issues as space tourism and business ventures in space. This Indian city's such a bustling IT hub that it's nicknamed Cyberabad.

Its real name is Hyderabad.

Hyberabad (the answer) is the capital of the Indian state of Andhra Pradesh. Indian American astronaut Sunita Williams will address her fellow astronauts later this week in Hyderabad. She's been touring India and visiting her ancestral home in the western state of Gujarat this past week.
