Franc Contreras reports that Mexican authorities today begin enforcing new restrictions on the sale of medicines that contain pseudo ephedrine. That includes many "over the counter" cold medications. Mexican traffickers have been sending tons of pseudo ephedrine to the United States, where it's used to make methamphetamines.
