It's named after a famous Russian aviation scientist. His name was Nikolai Zhukovsky.
So the answer is the town of Zhukovsky.
That where a big "air and space" show is taking place. More than 200 air craft are on display. One of them is a giant B-52 bomber from the United States. The bomber apparently caught the eye of one very rich Russian visitor.
The man reportedly stunned the plane's pilots, asking "how much?" "Not for sale," came the reply. But if it were, said the pilots, it would cost about 500-million-dollars.
"That's not a problem," the man is quoted as saying, "it's such a cool machine."
In the end, though, there was no sale.
