A US Coastguard ship is sailing for the Arctic on a mission to map the sea floor. The US is hoping to document its claim to the region. Russia, Denmark, Canada and Norway are also contenders for influence to the area, which is rich in oil and gas resources. But Norway has called on countries with land bordering the Arctic region to 'chill out'. Marco Werman speaks with the Norwegian foreign minister, Jonas Gahr Store.
