As part of our team based at Bush House in London Emma researches stories, tracks down guests, assists reporters, and helps bring the wider resources of the BBC to the Boston-based team. Before being located in London Emma was herself a part of the production team in Boston.

Before joining The World, Emma produced and presented radio shows for and about Africa on the BBC World Service. She also reported for Norwegian public radio from London.
