Host Marco Werman speaks with the BBC's Marc Gregory about the way the US government has used economic sanctions and other financial tools to pressure on other countries. Gregory says the strategy has yielded good results for Washington when applied to North Korea. But he says its not clear how successful sanctions can be when used in dealing with other countries such as Iran.
