President Barack Obama said in his first address to a joint Congress last night that his upcoming budget would state the true cost of the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan. That's a departure from the Bush Administration's practice of accounting for the wars outside of the main budget. The World's Jeb Sharp reports.

Iran says it's taking a major step forward in its nuclear program with a test run of its first nuclear power plant. The BBC's Jon Leyne was granted rare access to the nuclear plant. He speaks with anchor Lisa Mullins.

Mexico has seen a sharp spike in the number of murders, shoot-outs and kidnappings. Much of the violence is related to Mexico's powerful drug cartels. The World's Lorne Matalon reports that some Mexicans are now demanding that the government change its strategy for fighting the cartels.

Former Guantanamo detainee Binyam Mohammed was released to Britain on Monday. Mohammed's claims of torture while in detention have sparked a debate about whether British intelligence officials were complicit in the alleged abuse. The World's Laura Lynch reports from London.

The World's Katy Clark updates us on efforts by the U-S government to find third countries willing to take some of the approximately 245 men still being held at Guantanamo. These are the detainees who have been cleared for release but can't be sent back to their home countries.
