The commuter jet that crashed last night in Buffalo, New York claimed 50 lives. One of the victims was Alison Des Forges, a leading expert on Rwanda at Human Rights Watch. Anchor Marco Werman speaks with one of her colleagues, Ken Roth, the organization's executive director.

Anchor Marco Werman speaks with Shahan Mufti, a correspondent for Globalpost.com, who was able to buy a US military laptop in a market in Peshawar, Pakistan. He says the laptop appears to have been stolen from US military personnel in Afghanistan.

The BBC's Barbara Plett reports from Karachi, Pakistan's largest and most liberal city, about fears there that Taliban militants may be trying to establish a presence there.

On Sunday, Venezuelans vote on whether to abolish term limits. That could allow President Hugo Chavez to run again in 2012. Chavez's last attempt to get rid of term limits failed. Anchor Marco Werman speaks with The Wall Street Journal's John Lyons in Caracas.
