Another key player on the national security team will be the nominee for US ambassador to the United Nations, Susan Rice. Rice is a former Clinton Administration official--she served on the National Security Council and later as assistant secretary of state for Africa. She's an outspoken advocate for humanitarian intervention, known for her intellect and her straight talk. The World's Jeb Sharp has more.

But despite the success so far, delivering the drugs remains a Herculean task in the developing world.
