The World's Aaron Schachter reports from the NATO summit in Romania. Russian president Vladimir Putin was there today, making it clear that Russia is strongly opposed to NATO expansion plans to include Ukraine and Georgia. Those expansion plans are supported by the United States.

Coming on the heels of a tense week in Bucharest, Presidents Bush and Putin will have their last meeting together as respective heads-of-state this weekend. Lisa Mullins talks about the up-coming summit with Fred Weir, Moscow correspondent for the Christian Science Monitor.
