Two large bombs exploded in two crowded Iraqi animal markets today. The explosions killed more than 70 people. Iraqi authorities say the bombers were two women, described as "mentally ill." They also say the bombs were remotely detonated. Anchor Lisa Mullins gets the latest from the BBC's Jonny Dymond in Baghdad.

37 countries have troops serving in Afghanistan. Most are in the less volatile parts of the country. Now US Defense Secretary Robert Gates is demanding that Germany deploy more troops to south where the most fierce fighting against the Taliban is taking place. The World's Jason Margolis reports.

Ungpakorn argues in his new book, "A Coup for the Rich," that the king shouldn't be beyond reproach. The book's been banned from stores in Thailand.
