Today, Pakistan's president vehemently denied his government was complicit in last week's assassination of former Prime Minister Benazir Bhutto. The question came from foreign journalists. Pakistani journalists are still operating under restrictions imposed during last year's state of emergency. They can't report stories deemed critical of the government.
