President Bush today defended his administration's detention and interrogation methods for cases involving terrorism suspects. Mr. Bush said the methods are lawful. But reports this week about secret CIA prisons overseas have sparked a debate on whether US government officials can be held accountable for practices that may violate international law. The World's Jeb Sharp reports.
