She alleges that Habib Bank knowingly conducted financial transactions for extremist groups linked Pearl's killers. Matthew Brunwasser reports that Bulgaria has officially asked Libya to transfer five Bulgarian nurses and one Palestinian doctor now in prison in the North African country. The medics were sentenced to death for allegedly infecting 400 Libyan children with the AIDS virus. But this week, the sentenced was reduced to life in prison. And now Bulgaria wants the medics to serve their time in a Bulgarian jail.

A British company called Vertu has come out with a line of high-end phones that can cost hundreds of thousands of dollars apiece.
