Where in the world will we go today?

Today's answer is the Japanese city of Osaka, home to a number of creative Japanese magicians. The World's David Leveille reports that some of them are suing Japanese television networks to protect their tricks of the trade.

Today in Bangkok the United Nations released its third and final report showing that climate change is real and is most likely caused by human activity. The UN's report says the world can dramatically cut greenhouse gas emissions and at a reasonable cost. The World's Matthew Bell has the story.

We all agree that in order to check the spread of global warming we must drastically decrease the flow of carbon dioxide in the atmosphere. When Canadian soldiers in Afghanistan arrest suspected enemy fighters they routinely turn them over to Afghan authorities. Critics say prisoners are being tortured while in Afghan jails and they say the Canadians aren't doing enough to prevent the abuse.
