Anchor Lisa Mullins speaks to Canadian General Romeo Dallaire. He was in charge of the U-N peacekeeping operation in Rwanda at the time of the 1994 genocide. Now Dallaire sees similarities between the situation he experienced in Rwanda and the humanitarian crisis in Sudan's Darfur region.

Anchor Lisa Mullins has details on a press conference given by the Sudanese Ambassador to the United States, John Ukec Lueth Ukec. Ukec said the conflict in Darfur did NOT constitute a genocide and he condemned new US sanctions on Sudan.
