Hold the phone! Hold cell phone text messaging in Cambodia that is! Because of local elections in Cambodia on Sunday, the government is outlawing cell phone text messaging this weekend to guard against voter intimidation via cell phone. Opposition party leaders say the ban is unconstitutional. For the latest on the story we go to The World's Carol Hills.
