Lisa Mullins gets an update from New York Times correspondent Richard Oppel in Baghdad about the new security crackdown in the Iraqi capital. The new US commander, General David Petraeus, arrived there today. Also, an Iraqi government official was arrested on suspicion of aiding Shiite militias.

The World's Jessie Graham reports on a new hurdle facing Iraqis needing to travel outside their country. The United States and other countries have stopped accepting most Iraqi passports. Right now, the new ones are only available in Baghdad.
